“Mars Homes Ltd has introduced a unique concept in the real estate industry, which is flat ownership by land sharing system. This concept is based on the principle of sharing the land, as opposed to traditional methods of flat ownership where each apartment or unit is owned by an individual or group of individuals.

Under this system, the land is owned by a group of people who come together to form a cooperative society. This society then divides the land into equal shares, and each member of the society owns a share of the land. Each member is then entitled to build their own flat or apartment on their share of the land.

This system has several advantages over traditional methods of flat ownership. For one, it is more affordable as the cost of the land is shared among the members of the cooperative society. This makes it easier for people to own their own homes, especially in urban areas where property prices can be very high.

Another advantage of the land sharing system is that it allows for greater flexibility and customization. Members of the cooperative society can design and build their flats according to their own preferences and needs.
